Prize goes to pay down the mortgage!

The winner of our major March 31, 2023, prize draw says his $2,199 windfall is likely to be used to pay down his mortgage.

Aaron, of Wellington, says he's been completing HorizonPoll surveys since 2014 because he's 

a sociologist by trade "and I am always keen to see the results as a reflection of societal beliefs and values".

News of the win was a "bright spark" on a busy work day.

Aaron chose to take the prize all in cash, instead of $1,000 and the latest iPad Pro, "because we're an android household".
